As it would be with stars of their stature, there is always a rumor to it. It is alleged that Peter Okoye's elder brother Jude Okoye who doubles up as manager and publicist for the twins missed his small brother's wedding.


While alternative report that Jude was stuck in Ghana where P Square had been for a performance a witness who was at the show said, "We didn’t see him, the twins were here with their band but we didn’t see Jude‘, our source who’d rather stay anonymous tells NET".

Naija's blogspehere however reports that Jude Okoye and other key relatives of the twins missed the wedding because they did not approve of Peter Okoye's wife to be, Lola Omotayo. An article on codewit.com reports that Peter's mother had disapproved of their relationship before she passed on and this could be the reason why Jude snubbed the wedding.

Some relatives of the Okoyes claimed that Omotola cheats on Peter and that he should order a DNA test to establish if the kids are really his. A friend of the newly weds however asserted that all these are ‘wicked rumors’. ‘Wicked, false rumors. Nothing can be more false and distasteful.
