The circled child in the photo above is the current President of Gabon, Ali Bongo. That picture was taken in an orphanage years ago before he was adopted by Omar Bongo, the late Gabonese President.

President Ali Bongo Ondimba of Gabon is a Nigerian of the ethnic Igbo stock, he was one of the children flown to Gabon during the Biafran war.
