Friday, January 25, 2019-Director of Criminal Investigation boss, George Kinoti, has revealed that the bodies of the 6 terrorists who were killed during the deadly attack at Dusit have not been disposed off.
According to Kinoti, forensic experts are still collecting specimen and doing DNA analysis on the bodies as investigation on the terror attack that left over 21 people dead and scores injured continues.
The DCI boss claims the DNA analysis on the bodies of the 6 terrorists will help crack their terror network with a view of establishing the associates, who are believed to be spread in 7 different countries.
“The bodies are species for investigations. They will remain with us for a considerable duration of time. We shall extract specimen from them, do thorough DNA analyses and take finger prints. The evidence will assist us to trace their association, whether in Kenya or outside.” Kinoti said.
