Tanzanian songbird Lady JayDee courted controversy when she stepped out in a black see-through dress which made many people uncomfortable.
The veteran singer rocked the see-through dress while appearing for a video shoot, she was shooting video for her new song.
The see-through dress only covered Lady JayDee’s private areas while leaving the vast majority of her body exposed to anyone who cared to look.
The singer also didn’t wear any panties or bra, you can easily tell from her see-through dress. The fact that Lady JayDee was literally naked is what sparked uproar on social media.
The singer has since come out to confront her critics who castigated her for wearing the indecent dress. Jay says that she only get comments and likes when she dresses ‘indecently’ whereas when she wears a ‘normal’ cloth she gets no reaction at all.
“Hivi wale watu wa maadili Mbona picha za Hivi huwa hamlike wala hamcomment kwa wingi mkiwekewa? Haya maadili hayo hapo sasa inakuwaje? Mbona hamsifii, ila binadamu ni wanafiki sana sijapata kuona,” said Lady JayDee.
Translation:
“Those people who are concerned about morality, why don’t you only comment or like my photos when you see me dressed ‘normal’? Or morality only comes to play when you are dressed in a way people don’t like. Human beings are just hypocrites.

Does it really matter to anyone how sheer a dress someone is wearing is? People just like to gossip, but I think the most important thing about clothing is that the person wearing it feels comfortable and beautiful.
